history Izak is the first born of three Novak-Kagan children, and the only one that specifically shares Hadyn's DNA. Not that his parents seem to notice or care who sired which kid. He was born in August of 2016, after his 'papa' (as Hadyn is commonly referred to) started his first year of residency. Two years following that, his siblings, Sarah and Tyler, were born. All in all, he thinks they are a fairly normal sort of family. If you don't mind that your Aunt and Uncle live in Beijing because your Uncle is an internationally wanted criminal in hiding. Most of Izak's life was pretty normal, gay parents and criminal uncles aside. He went to a nice, private elementary school where it was established he was a bit of a nerd. In fourth grade he was given a pair of glasses, after it was discovered he couldn't read the chalk boards from the back of the class. In middle school, he had the best grades- but was clearly not one of the popular kids. His friends were pretty much the D&D, classic image of 'nerd'. Such experience continued on into High School, as well. And in school, he honestly can't help but moon over the one guy who barely even knows he exist. Something Tyler pokes fun at...a lot. At least they are a loving family. Deep down.
personality Izak is a geek and dork, and everything that is not popular among high schoolers. He is generally pretty easy going, though. He wishes he were popular, and he has endless amounts of envy for his sister's effortless popularity. Heck, even Tyler's more popular than he is. Izak tries to be the 'picture perfect big bother' to his siblings. When they were little (6 and 4), he would try to herd his siblings into 'safe places' with the help of Bond. That particular urge hasn't faded over time. He tries to talk to Tyler into being more 'friendly' with Sarah, and tries to keep Sarah from dating all the wrong boys. He also just tries to blend in with the background of High School, trying to not stand out due to his lack of cool. He just wants to be...normal. Unfortunately, normal means his crush never looks at him. At all.
